Dec 28th Nurse came to house I was told I would get three nurse visits a week and three aid visits a week. Called 2 days later to check to see when nurse was coming, was told one was not scheduled. Told them I needed a nurse and was told other patients had priority. Nurse finally showed up and was changed to daily visits. Called next day to see when nurse was coming, was told again no one was scheduled. Was told week wouldn't start until Jan 2nd. Jan 2nd came and called to tell them feet had started changing colors was transferred to a triage nurse, was told she had not gotten through all her emails yet and was still not entered into the system. Called back 15 minutes later to tell them loved one had passed and NO ONE EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE! So I had to call a family friend to come that was a nurse. Company communicates using emails. Emails is an outdated way to communicate with your staff. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Had to keep reaching out to them to get service.
Just have to give kudos to Elizabeth at Great Lakes. She goes above & beyond for my husband all the time. Wonderful lady. Dedicated & friendly. She's definitely a blessing in our lives.
