Filthy inside and out. Out-of-date when it comes both to equipment as well as how they handle incidents involving employees. If you're the victim of an incident involving another employee, you are just as likely if not more-so to be the one punished. They hire convicts and known sexual predators / assaulters, and when incidents involving sexual assault occur, they turn the other cheek. A number of employees are frequently inebriated and/or high on God-knows-what substances. Incredibly misogynistic and vulgar atmosphere as well as a downright dangerous working environment. It's like they never progressed out of the 1950's. Do NOT work here if you value yourself-- just look elsewhere. It's not worth it.

I never worked here, but my dad did for many years. I remember waiting for him outside as a kid to join him for lunch/dinner. So many people that live in Harmony work or have worked at Great Dane. I still remember walking inside the factory in awe of how trailers were built. See them every day on the road... Nice to know this is where they come from!
