Great Clips

The staff was very rude and was turning their noses up. The Customers were non verbal. They were very argumentative when they were asked to cut their hair a specific way. We had to take them back and was created with more attitude. When we called to say how we were unhappy the lady yelled across the salon to say the ladies from the home. Then proceeded to over talk us and yell. Very unprofessional, hair cuts were distasteful and the ladies felt uncomfortable. One had an emotional break down. I'm so disappointed with the people that represented great clips today.
