They didn't know how to set my PRO account, I was needed to call GNC customer service and pass the instructions, one month after I got my rewards they didn't know how to redeem rewards without loosing all of them, they redeemed my $45 rewards for just $22 I used, then I lost $23 on the transaction and they said they cannot do anything, they also said they will post $15 back x 3 on my reward account and will be given which was not truth, I called GNC customer support to get help again on this the day after. Sometimes they are not provided with my preferred products.
