HORRIBLE experience with this business! I would give them zero stars if I could. After unsuccessfully trying (twice!) to place an order online, I called and ordered two strings as a Christmas gift for my sister, and was promised they would be delivered in time; but they transposed two numbers in my address, resulting in a 'delivery exception' from the carrier. I would understand that, except that not only did they NOT let me know where my package was, they also lied about having it redelivered directly to my sister. Emails to the owner of the company were ignored and in the end (after nearly 3 weeks, 5 emails and 3 phone calls to the company with no resolution), I ended up driving an hour both ways to pick up the package at the FedEx office. Will NEVER do business with them again. Just terrible customer service -- stay away! There are lots of other options online.
