They are thieves. They kept my refund and will not send me my money back and I have the owner Leon, in an email admitting all of this. How can someone keep a refund and money that doesn't belong to them? Ask Leon, he can justify it for you like he has tried to justify keeping my refund money. Too bad I can't put the email on here or else Leon would be really embarrassed about this.
