No hello when I entered the store and there were five or six employees standing there . Waited for someone to help in fish until I had to walk back up front to get some Customer Service. Then my feeder fish barely survived and half my crickets didn't make due to over crowded lil bag so I wasn't to happy you b this trip .. maybe next time will be better
