I employed Tom Parker to oversee a property I was renting. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Tom Parker and Cody Wallace were the worst to work with. They were very short with me when I would call them. They told the renters to never call me because I was a crazy old lady. They also told my renters that I act the way I do because my husband has leukemia. This is beyond unprofessional in my opinion. They charged labor for a air conditioner that I purchased for the tenants that I later on found out that my tenants installed. He is a liar and I definitely don't recommend his so called services. I would give zero stars if it would allow me.
