Awful!!!!! The worst experience I have EVER had!! Usually go to eyebrows in southern plaza to get my brows threaded. Was in a hurry and at the mall so decided to try this place. Awful idea. She hurt me like she was trying to rip all my skin off around my eyes. I got up with the biggest red and swollen eyes and a scratch above my right eyebrow!! Looks like a scratch from a fingernail or something!! I have NEVER had such an awful experience. She needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!
