Dr. Anderson and his staff made our experience truly wonderful. As a first time mother, the nurse walked me through the expectations of a typical lip/tongue tie procedure, as well as put on calming music for when our son started to appear upset (due to hunger). Dr. Anderson came in very quickly upon hearing the baby was fussy to get the procedure moving faster. Both he and the nurse each checked in with me (in the few minutes our son was gone) to inform me of where everything stood. Afterwards, I still had a few questions in regards of what to look for and expect and Dr. Anderson came back into the room to walk me through in detail of what was done as well as thank me for asking questions. I unfortunately also forgot our diaper bag (again, first time mom), and of course our son had gone to the bathroom... Dr. Anderson and his staff all made it their mission to find us a new diaper, which he ended up having himself in his own vehicle. I couldn’t have had a better experience in the office and it was topped off by the doctor calling from his personal phone later that night to check on our son and see how things were going/our son was feeling. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson and his staff for any future procedures, especially with infants.
