Service is usually ok, I called ahead of time and was told 2-2.5 hours wait, which is what I heard when I arrived. They were booked up all week, and I just found out that my front tires were bad so I couldn't wait for an appointment. Then after sitting here for 2 hours with my car in the lot and my key held captive, I heard a customer service rep tell a lady she could call ahead to put her name on the waiting list. So she could do most of her waiting at home. Why wasn't I given that information? Because not everyone is trained on their policy. Well, maybe not everyone should answer the phone until they are trained?!? So how many people were placed on the waiting list before I arrived?
Either tell everyone about the wait list, or make it first come first served. You could also go much farther to make the wait more bearable as well, especially if waits are hours long. How about a TV, magazines besides Golf Digest, or a vending machine? Outlets or a phone charging station?
