I was a new patient, was able to get an appointment pretty quickly, next day actually, I arrived at 8:45 to fill out the normal paperwork, soon after I was called back, they took an X-ray, explained the recommended treatment option(s). I ended up having 4 teeth pulled, he numbed me several times, asking in each spot whether I could still feel or not, going over it again if I could, the teeth were pulled very quickly with no complications. It’s never pleasant, but it was rather painless all things considered. After the procedure, the assistant explained everything and gave me a print out of the same instructions I needed to do post-op. Everyone was very nice and genuine.
