Bob did great work, was super fast, and worked with me on a holiday timeline! I'll absolutely go back again with my next VHS to DVD conversion! 10 stars!

My experience was horrible. I was very excited when I purchased my groupon for Delp. I took my VHS to be converted this past Weds. They told me the DVD would be ready for pick up the next day. I called yesterday to see about picking up my DVD, but no answer. I live 30 mins away and drove to Delp today to get my DVD. I got there and knocked on the door (it is a residential business). No answer even though the sign on the door indicates that they are open until 6pm. I called and they told me to come back tomorrow or that I could leave my address in their mailbox and they could send it to me. I find this extremely unprofessional and will not recommend family and friends to this business.
