While I really liked Dr. Del Pilar and his staff, I have yet to get a call back for results from the tests that I took. I am still in extreme pain, and would really like to know why. My follow up appointment was amazing! I spent quite some time chatting with the doctor about what was ailing me, and he gave me honest and sincere feedback. I expect I will be going to "Doc" for a very long time! Very much appreciated!!

Dr. McClain (in practice with Dr. Del Pilar) has been my doctor for several years. I like her very much. She's a great doctor, and compassionate, and intelligent. She was previously with the Unity group, and my only complaint EVER was that her staff were often unprofessional. I stayed with her because she's that good. However, when Dr. McClain joined Dr. Del Pilar's practice a few months ago, I was blown away by the professionalism of the staff at this facility. These people were kind, caring, personable, and extremely professional. Every single person I interacted with demonstrated this. They have set the bar very high for any medical office I will interact with in the future. I met Dr. Del Pilar on my 2nd visit. He was extremely thorough, personable, professional, and kind. He was attentive to my questions, and well informed. I am happy to see him if she is unavailable. I would highly recommend either doctor without reservation.

This is the worst doctor I have ever visited. I visited once at the insistence of my therapist that I find a primary care physician for my depression and anxiety. My appointment was at 9:30 and I did not leave the office until 1pm. In that time, I saw the doctor a total of maybe five to ten minutes. They ran unnecessary tests without asking or saying what they are for and sent them off to a lab where they didn't give my insurance information to and I was given a bill from Quest for $1,500 that I didn't knew I had that is due at the end of this month! After all my testing, I had to DEMAND to see the doctor as they tried to send me home without any care whatsoever . When i did see the doctor, (the woman) she had the worst bedside manner possible, telling me not to get tattoos (which were all done in a shop) as well as telling me I wasn't really depressed (at first they lost my depression screening results). People who aren't depressed don't tell people that they have seriously thought about suicide the last two weeks. I had to insist that she give me something for the depression. I left that office feeling worse than when I showed up. I am never going to return. It is clear that they only really care about the money and not patient health.
