I miss how it used to be, we had a field day here. Field day is when it's close to the last day of school and we would do some fun physical activities outside, we would run around the school ( we got a drink when we were done) go to both play grounds and do obstacle courses. When we were done we got some delicious snow cones of our chose in flavors. (we used to have cotton candy stand there, but not anymore. But I was told you guys might bring back cotton candy so that's a plus) we used to have junior life guard training, for 8th grade year we had a feild trip to holiday world. We also got to have a barefoot prom. It would be great if we got to be creative in our own way in art class and music, instead of it being repetitive with everything that we do each and every year. We need to bring back the greatness that our school use to have. It was something new each day. It was amazing. I use to wake up being happy going to school but it stopped in 6th grade. A lot of us ( back when we were in 1st or 2nd) we're excited for the field trips and activities ahead, but we can't now. There's really only one great field trip still their which was DC. If that leaves I'll be sad because, the little ones should be able to enjoy something we did that grade. I think we should be able to wear hoodies with different colors, it shows something about us, and yes I think we should be able to have them on our heads if we want to. I am aware it can be a distraction sometimes (depends on the person) but if it is only certain kids being distracted just ban them, not everyone. That's another thing, some teachers expect us kids to be able to control our classmates, but truth is we can't. If they don't listen, don't blame us for not being able to shut them up.you guys should add vending machines at school ( just a suggestion) Besides all of that, I love the school. I love how my favorite secretary Mrs Sonnie is always there for the kids along with Mrs walterman, Mrs Henderson, Mrs Del Val, and everyone else. ☺ I'm glad that their there for us when we have problems we can't deal with alone. All the teachers here work hard and I'm glad that they're here. So what I'm trying to say is that everyone there is awesome, just needs a little tweak to have kids be happy to go to school again. Thank you guys for listening, believing, and being there for me.
