Crosswait Estates Apartments

I enjoy living at Crosswait Estates because of the friendly, helpful staff. I feel that they communicate well with me. I appreciate that they hold packages in their office so I don't have to get them from the post office or drive down to the FedEx office in Waterloo. I like that there are two sets of washers and dryers in each section of the building. The maintenance staff has been very prompt when we had an issue. Sometimes we do hear noise and music from our neighbors late at night on weekends, but I understand that is part of apartment living. Thank you for a good experience.

I love living here. The apartment is spacious, the neighbors are awesome and it's always quiet in my apartment. The staff is gracious and very helpful and if we have a maintenance ticket, it is ALWAYS resolved well within 24 hours.
