I live in Georgia, long story short. I am calling to order flowers for a loss up there, she picks up the phone and I can barely respond to the "hello" before she starts being short with me. I've never had to order flowers for the loss of a baby 1 week before due date, and she sure made it more difficult. I had to quickly call back to add others to the note, then one more time because I forgot to ask if they had blue bears (baby was a boy)... well the third time i call she has chosen to just not answer, then disconnect the phone so i can't even leave a message. Considering calling back to cancel and go with the other nearby flourist.
price seemed somewhat reasonable.
