Chem-Dry of Lafayette

Josh, the Chem-Dry rep was very friendly and efficient. He did a great job treating the spots and the carpet looks great. I would definitely recommend Chem-Dry and will use them again in the future.

My main complaint was carpet from previous tentant smelled like dog piss!! He said it didn’t look like anything to him and so now that he’s done it still smells like dog piss!! I will just replace carpet I guess They came back and cleaned carpet again and this time it took care of the smell!! Thank you for the great service
