I bought a large lot of lumber from this auction house. I won the auction, and with printed receipt marked "paid in full", rented a truck and drove several hundred miles to pick up my lot. When I got there the kid told me that someone had picked up my lot for me. Then he told me another lot in the warehouse was mine, when that didn't work, he told me to choose something else. SKIP THIS PLACE! Not professional.
