My husband worked for Ceres for YEARS running the New Ross fertilize plant so, of course, we used their propane service. But, after he died, the propane folks tried to put the screws to me! I went to geo-thermal heat & only needed a 250 gallon tank for my gas cook top. WELL, they brought a 250 gallon tank & took my 1,000 gallon tank which still had about 30% propane left in it and CHARGED me to fill the new tank. They had the nerve to say it was an even trade on the tank. They lied saying it had to be scrapped but when I asked for it back to give to my son-in-law, it had already been placed at another customer's farm. Long story short, I got my 1,000 gallon tank back & would freeze to death before I would EVER do business with Ceres Propane. Shame on their management for allowing the nasty woman in the office and the driver to still have a job.....they are liars and thieves who should be FIRED!!
