Casa Grande

The food is really good, but the manager Monica and the hostess are awful! No sense of customer service. The hostess got my order incorrect and when I asked for food to be replaced, Monica, the manager was very rude, stating it would be a waste of their food to remake my order for accuracy! Then when I asked for a refund, the hostess put money on counter and told me she would not hand me my money and walked away. The customer service in that restaurant is horrible. I wouldn’t take anyone there!
