I cannot say enough good things about this office. We switched to Brookson from Farmer's about two years ago due to cost and several ill handled incidents with Farmer's. This past week our two year old twins flooded the upstairs bathroom. Within thirty minutes of calling Brookson, they sent out people to start drying out the water damage. Connie from Brookson called us twice throughout the day to check in, see if we had any questions and if we were pleased with the work so far. We had a claim number within an hour of calling as well and an adjustor the next day. Thank you for being so amazing and making a hard situation easier, Brookson!
