We are so grateful for the care and help provided by BrightStar. When company owner Jean first came out to meet our parents, she took the time to listen to their needs and fears. The caregivers that she sent were a perfect fit. It is important to be clear about what tasks should be completed and how best to help in each situation. We did this and we were not disappointed. My parents looked forward to the extra help and we felt better knowing BrightStar was providing a safer, calmer environment. With any caregiver situation, communication on both sides is key.
