So everyone knows the best advertisement is word of mouth right! So tell me why when my husband contacted a heating and cooling company here in Logansport they told us yes we do free estments and evne made an appointment with use. We waited here at home for them and call and left a message asking if they were still going to make it. They never answered! THEN they call back the next day and said it would be a waste of there time to come all the way and give us a price on a job that would only be around $500! We live on 20th street there address is 329 S 5th St!!!! Really we are just to far away I mean damn 15 blocks!!!!!! So I would like to let everyone know if you contact this company I hope your project your wanting done is qualified as worthy under there circumstances or they will just call you back and tell you its not worth it and were not doing it. I also would like to know what makes there time anymore valuable then mine? We waited here for then to never show up I find it unprofessional and feel that I should let my friends know how rude some people can be!
