Beau Jardin Apartments

I requested one bedroom on the 3rd floor and paid $200 for something called waitlist deposit. The personnel was really nice. She said many students moved out all the time and there were always plenty of space for the next year. She wrote everything for me and I signed understanding it was to be on the waitlist for what I wanted. She wrote the 2nd choice as the 2nd floor and said just in case. I should have interpreted harder before I signed. I planned my moving and everything. Then, it turned out that not a lot of people moved out this year. And, only the lowest floor (half underground) became available which I could not take. That amount of money is non-refundable. It was my fault for just listening to this person and not noticing that there was a trap on this document before I signed it. So I just want to WARN you. That was a lot of money for nothing. Based on this experience, I want to confirm the reviews I found earlier about bad communications and that they found a way to take your money.
