IMPECCABLE customer service! I placed an order for 1 floral arrangement at 8PM last night (December 23rd) to hopefully be delivered tomorrow (Christmas Eve). Their website stated that due to the busy holiday delivery schedule, delivery before Christmas may not be possible. I called first thing this morning and Danielle promptly answered the phone. She reassured me that they could make the delivery happen. I had tons of questions, asked about making alterations to the arrangement, and even added 2 more arrangements to be delivered to 2 other people. Danielle was BEYOND helpful, answered every question I had, made the alterations, & is now delivering 3 arrangements to 3 different people. But, more than anything, she was happy to do it all & not once did she make me feel like I was a burden. --That kind of customer service is hard to find. So, thanks Danielle; you're AWESOME!
