We registered with Babies R Us in Granger and have had multiple shipping and customer service issues. Each time we call to discuss a problem, we are helped by teenage associates who have no idea how to handle a situation and managers who seems to be able to only direct us to the 888 number. Which, in turn, isn't helpful. What's hilarious is we keep receiving calls from Stacey, the Registry consultant, who rambles off a scripted "cheery" message every 6 weeks.
