Arbor Lakes Apartments

I lived here for 2 years and have few complaints. The grounds are gorgeous with lots of nice outdoor space; 2 ponds, a lake, and some wooded trails. The only bad thing about it is all the goose and dog poop lying around everywhere. I found the office and maintenance staff to be polite and respectful as long as you treat them the same. Manager is a bit of an a-hole but I guess you kinda have to be in that position. Utilities are low which is nice but they keep raising the rent rates on us which is annoying. Also the internet service they provide here is terrible. Walls are thin and you can hear your upstairs neighbors a lot even if they are relatively quiet, but that's expected in apartment living I suppose. The location kind of sucks, as far as places to go that are close-by, but at least it's a relatively safe area. The constant rent raising and location is why we're moving out. But overall we had a good experience living here. Would recommend.
