Unfortunately, once you've signed the dotted line there is no customer service. I've had to call them over and over to finish my 90 day items. They didn't lay hay or anything when they did the hydroseed so all of the hydroseed washes away. Erosion starts before you even move in because of this. The yard is full of rocks from the surface to deep underground, they don't layer any topsoil that I could see to mitigate this. A few of my neighbors have had to pay $4000+ to have a company come in and totally overhaul the lawn. I'm about $1300 in my self. Throwing seed isn't enough. During contracting I was called back to change the color of my siding due to a mistake they made, which apparently changes your trim color automatically which they said nothing about. My wife and I had to spend 4 weekends in a row painting the trim, fascia etc to fix this as they refused to. It's all smiles and handshakes until you move in, then you don't have a dollar sign on your head anymore and they are done with you, don't believe the reviews from the company they pay to get them reviews... they will hound you for a review. Buy a used home, stay away from these guys. The true cost of getting one of these homes is way higher than the sticker price because of all of the issues you will have.
