Bill Siegel is one of the worst appraisers that i have come across. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. STAY AWAY!!! (unless your a buyer and want to get your house for thousands of dollars cheaper then what you have it under contract for) Bill appraised a house that i own and he pulled comps that were over 3 miles out, a pending comp, and ignored comps that were within a 1/2 mile raduis from my house that i was selling that were a similar layout and that had sold within the last 12 months. the appraisal came in $8,000 under the purchase agreement and almost killed the deal! i have seen over 30 appraisals done over the last few years.... this one was the worst i have seen so far.
