The bed buying was easy enough (I'm really not picky, and I've never had any problem in the past with buying a new bed). The guy who delivered my bed (after the store closed at night - and who still works there) said that I am "hot" (I am 53 years old) and was pretty creepy coming on to me like that before he left. The bed gave me a hip problem (that I didn't identify as the bed) - so I went to a doc who sent me to PT for a few thousand dollars worth, didn't help...I slept on the floor one night when I hurt so bad I couldn't get to sleep. Woke up 70% better the next day and have identified that it is indeed the bed. I went back to the store and evidently it's under 'new' ownership (within 6 months of purchasing my mattress). The new owner said come in and he would help me. Well, without writing a book, let's just say he's MORE creepy than the guy who delivered the bed was. Wow, and he's very sarcastic every chance he can be. I put a board under my mattress but the mattress is too thick to really tell a difference, and the hip is hurting. Sorry to say that my $500 mattress/box springs aren't worth .02 if I can't sleep on them :-(
