I don't have an accident or any particular incident I'm writing about other than the exceptional care we receive from Darren Vogt and his people at his Allstate agency. We've had our insurance with this same agency for over 30 years and when we did have an accident to report, they took care of it right away making sure we were all ok first. Darren and his staff do a terrific job and treat people more like family than customers.
