My moped broke down 20 miles away from help John made arrangements to pickup my bike and saved me probably $50 to $75 on a tow charge and fix my moped the very same day while he was doing this I was able to go to work with out worrying weather my bike was going to get stolen, 5 stars to the guy and a big Thank You. PS thank you for opening up a little earlier the next day so I could pick it up, have a great week,Jim
