Our furnace went out 2 days after we moved in to a new home. Advantage repaired it a couple of times at an affordable rate but warned us it wouldn't last long. Each service call (in the middle of winter) they were at our house within 15-20 minutes and stayed until the work was done and our house was warm again. Derick was friendly and helpful and made sure we were well taken care of each time. When it went out for good, they made the process of getting a new furnace installed easy. Derick, David and Marcus were friendly, thorough, approachable and explained everything they were doing. They found extensive issues that were beyond the scope of the work they'd expected, but they didn't leave until the work was done well and the system was functioning as it should. Additionally, there was a rebate available on the system we purchased. They not only filled out the paperwork as much as they could for us, they marked where signatures were required and included an addressed and stamped envelope to make it completely simple to take care of.
