I bought 20 sessions. Some staff are friendly and thorough and some can care less and is on the phone the whole time giving me the service. After a few appointments, I wasn't able to connect with any staff to schedule anymore appointment. For 15 days, I called everyday, left voice mails and Facebook messages. I also call their headquarter and they responded that they had nothing to do with this location. I had no choice but called credit card company to dispute my payment.
